* Open to all UG & PG students.
* Maximum of two authors per paper.
* Paper should be mailed along with registration form to rgmtrace@gmail.com on are before 15st September 2015.
* Bonafide certificate issued by HOD/Principal of college along with student ID card to be produced at time of presentation.
*Time limit 6 minutes for PPT and 2 minutes for viva voice.
* Decision of judges will be final.
* Participants should send all the particulars as specified in the registration form.
* Fee towards paper presentation is Rs 200/- and for attending the workshops Rs 700/-.
* The fee should be remitted by DD drawn in favour of “THE PRINCIPAL, RGMCET” payable at SBI NANDYAL.
* A Scanned copy DD should be mailed to the coordinators and should bring original on the day of symposium.
* An author can send any number of papers and can use the photocopy of the registration form.
Facilities for author
* Your hospitality is our primary concern.
* For long distances (200km & above) students participation accommodation will be provided on prior request before 1 September,
shortest one way second class train/bus ticket will be paid to author on submission of journey tickets.
* DLP (Projector) will be provide for presentation.

* Last date for paper submission 15 September 2015.
* Date of intimation of selected papers 18 September 2015.

about CIVIL DEPT.

Dept. of Civil Engineering at RGMCET was started in the year 2008. The course includes a wide variety of engineering tasks including designing ,supervision & construction activities of public works like roads, bridges, tunnels, buildings, airports, dams, etc. Our department is coping up with fast advancing world with new software’s such as GIS, MX roads, STAAD in Design and Analysis. Department has advanced equipment’s such as Computerized Universal Testing Machine (UTM), Total Stations, CBR, etc.
